This Shipping Policy explains how Mehwer Group processes, dispatches, and delivers orders for herbs, herbal teas, handicrafts, and bulk export consignments. Our goal is to provide a transparent and reliable shipping experience for both domestic and international clients. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.


1. General Shipping Overview

Mehwer Group ships products within India as well as to international destinations. Shipping timelines vary based on product type, availability, order size, packaging requirements, and the customer’s location. We work with trusted logistics partners, courier companies, and freight forwarders to ensure safe and timely delivery.


2. Domestic Shipping

For deliveries within India, orders are usually dispatched through standard courier or transport services. The delivery time depends on the destination but generally ranges from a few days to a week. Once the order is shipped, we share the tracking details whenever they are available. In the case of handcrafted items or freshly processed herbs, additional preparation time may be required to ensure proper quality and packaging.


3. International Shipping and Exports

For international buyers, shipments are handled according to the agreed Incoterms, such as EXW, FOB, CIF, or DAP. These terms define our responsibilities and the buyer’s responsibilities during the shipping process. International deliveries depend heavily on customs processes, cargo schedules, and the regulations of the importing country. Although we coordinate closely with freight forwarders to minimize delays, the final delivery timeline may vary from one region to another.

Export shipments include all necessary documents such as invoices, packing lists, certifications, and lab test reports when required. Buyers are encouraged to confirm any specific documentation or compliance guidelines before placing the order so we can prepare accordingly.


4. Customs and Import Regulations

Every country has its own customs rules, duties, taxes, and clearance procedures. International buyers are responsible for understanding these regulations and for paying any import charges that may apply once the shipment arrives in their country. Mehwer Group provides all standard export documents but cannot control or influence the customs decisions of individual nations. Delays caused by customs clearance, inspections, or regulatory checks are not the responsibility of Mehwer Group.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees depend on the size of the order, weight of the products, packaging type, and the delivery destination. For international orders, freight charges vary based on the chosen Incoterm. Rates may also fluctuate due to fuel charges, seasonal transport changes, or carrier adjustments. A complete breakdown of shipping costs will be provided during the quotation or invoice stage.


6. Packaging Standards

Herbal products, teas, and handicrafts are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Bulk herbs are typically packed in food-grade pouches, vacuum-sealed bags, or multi-layer export sacks, depending on the buyer’s requirements. Handicrafts are wrapped with protective materials to ensure safe handling. For private label or custom packaging orders, additional time may be required to prepare the materials according to the buyer’s design.


7. Delays During Transit

Although we make every effort to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, certain delays may be unavoidable. Weather disruptions, customs inspections, courier service issues, strikes, or unexpected events can affect arrival times. Such delays are outside the control of Mehwer Group. We remain available to assist and coordinate with logistics partners, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the shipment is in transit.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, the buyer must report the issue immediately and provide clear photographs or videos of the condition of the package and its contents. This allows us to raise the matter with the logistics partner and determine the best possible resolution. Lost shipments are handled according to the policies of the courier or freight company involved. Mehwer Group will assist in the investigation process but cannot be held responsible for losses caused by third-party carriers.


9. Order Tracking

Whenever tracking information is available, we share it with the buyer through email or WhatsApp. Bulk export shipments may include container tracking details, AWB numbers, or bill of lading information depending on the mode of transport. Buyers can use these details to monitor their shipment’s movement in real time.
