This Refund and Return Policy explains how Mehwer Group handles damaged products, quality concerns, and replacement requests. We work with natural ingredients and handcrafted items, so our approach prioritizes safety, fairness, and transparency. By placing an order with us, you agree to the conditions described below.
Mehwer Group aims to deliver products in excellent condition. Every batch of herbs, teas, and handicrafts goes through careful inspection before being packed and shipped. However, because of the nature of international and domestic logistics, issues may occasionally occur. This policy explains how we process returns, replacements, and refund considerations in such situations.
Herbs, herbal tea blends, and consumable goods cannot be returned once delivered, as these items fall under food-grade categories. For safety reasons, we cannot accept them back into our facility. A return or replacement is only possible when the product arrives damaged, contaminated, or visibly defective. In such cases, buyers must share clear photo or video proof within forty-eight hours of receiving the parcel. Once the evidence is reviewed and the issue is confirmed, we will either replace the product or discuss a suitable resolution based on the order type.
Handicraft items may be returned if they arrive broken, severely damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered. Because each handicraft is made by hand, small variations in shape, design, or color are normal and do not qualify as defects. Buyers must notify us within forty-eight hours of delivery, along with photos or videos showing the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or offer an appropriate solution.
For international buyers, returns are generally not accepted once the goods have left India due to high freight costs, customs procedures, and international regulations. If an export shipment is damaged or the product quality does not match what was agreed, the buyer must share proof immediately after receiving the goods. We will review the matter carefully and determine the most practical settlement, which may include sending a replacement with the next shipment, adjusting the invoice, or offering another mutually agreed alternative.
Refunds are issued only in rare cases where replacement or re-shipment is not possible. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer. Refund timelines may depend on banking systems and international transfer processes. Mehwer Group is not responsible for delays caused by the customer’s bank or intermediary institutions.
If a return is approved for handicraft items or non-consumable products, the item must be sent back in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. Improper repacking may lead to further damage, and we may not be able to process the request if the product is returned in a worse condition than documented initially.
All concerns related to damage, breakage, or incorrect items must be reported within forty-eight hours of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted because logistics companies require immediate notification for compensation. Prompt communication helps us resolve issues quickly and fairly.
Refunds or returns cannot be processed in situations where the buyer changes their mind, dislikes the natural variations of handmade products, or requests a return due to reasons unrelated to quality. Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery are also not eligible for a refund or replacement.
