Overview
Mehwer ‘Liver’ Herbal Mix is crafted for those who want gentle, consistent support for one of the body’s most important detoxification organs. The liver works nonstop to filter the blood, break down toxins, process hormones, metabolize carbohydrates, and support healthy fat digestion. When the liver becomes overloaded, signs such as fatigue, headaches, sluggish digestion, skin issues, or lowered immunity may start to appear. This blend brings together herbs known for promoting liver cell regeneration, easing inflammation, and supporting the body’s natural detox cycles. Some ingredients help increase bile production, which improves the breakdown of fats and assists the liver in clearing waste more efficiently. When enjoyed regularly, this tea can become a supportive ritual for better digestive comfort, higher energy, and long-term liver wellness.
Ingredients
This mix features Milk Thistle for its traditional liver-protective properties, Dandelion for supporting bile flow, and Alder Buckthorn for gentle cleansing. Corn Silk helps soothe the system, Rosehip provides antioxidant support, and Yarrow contributes to overall digestive and metabolic balance.
Brewing Instructions (Hot)
Heat the water until it reaches just before boiling. Add one teaspoon of the herbal blend to a tea infuser for a cup of about 180 to 240 ml. Pour the hot water over the herbs, cover, and allow it to steep for seven to ten minutes or longer depending on your preferred strength. Add honey or stevia if you like a touch of sweetness.
Brewing Instructions (Cold)
For a fast cold infusion, prepare a stronger hot brew using slightly less water, strain it, and pour it over ice or chilled water. For a slow and smooth overnight brew, place one to two teaspoons of the blend into a tea infuser for every 200 to 250 ml of water. Stir gently, cover, and refrigerate for six to twelve hours.
Recommended Dosage
You may consume one to three teaspoons of the loose blend daily. If you use more than one herbal mixture at the same time, adjust your overall dosage to maintain balance. For longer-term use, follow a three-to-one rhythm. Drink the tea for three weeks and pause for one week, or enjoy it for thirty days followed by a ten-day break. Herbs with natural laxative effects are not included in this pause recommendation.
