Overview
Mehwer Breast Feeding Herbal Mix brings together herbs traditionally used to promote healthy and consistent milk supply while providing natural comfort to the mother. The blend offers a warming, soothing infusion that may help relax muscles, ease postpartum cramping, and settle digestive discomforts that often arise during breastfeeding. These herbs have been valued for generations for their ability to nourish the body from within while supporting lactation in a gentle, non-stimulating way. With regular use, this mix becomes a calming daily ritual that supports both the mother’s comfort and the baby’s feeding needs.
Ingredients
This blend includes Fenugreek to encourage milk flow, Anise seeds for digestive relief, and Fennel seeds to support lactation and ease bloating. Lemon Verbena brings a refreshing, calming aroma, while Cumin seeds help soothe the stomach and support digestive balance during breastfeeding.
Brewing Instructions (Hot)
Heat the water until it reaches just before boiling. Add one teaspoon of the loose herbal blend to a tea infuser for a cup of about 180 to 240 ml. Pour the hot water over the herbs, cover, and steep for seven to ten minutes or longer for a stronger infusion. You may add honey or stevia if you prefer a touch of sweetness.
Brewing Instructions (Cold)
For a quick cold preparation, brew a stronger hot infusion using slightly less water, strain it, and pour it over ice or chilled water. For an overnight method, add one to two teaspoons of the blend to a tea infuser for every 200 to 250 ml of water, stir, cover, and refrigerate for six to twelve hours. This produces a smoother, naturally sweet cold tea.
Recommended Dosage
You may consume one to three teaspoons of the loose blend daily, divided into servings as needed. If you are using more than one herbal mixture at the same time, reduce the overall amount so your daily intake stays balanced. When using herbal mixes for longer periods, it is recommended to follow a three-to-one pattern. For example, take the tea for three weeks and then pause for one week, or use it for thirty days and take a ten-day break. This approach helps maintain gentle, consistent support without overuse. The break rule does not apply to herbs or fruits known for their laxative effect.
