Overview
Mehwer “Arthritis” Herbal Mix is crafted for individuals who want natural support for joint discomfort caused by chronic inflammation. Arthritis often leads to persistent swelling, stiffness, and pain that can limit daily movement. This blend includes herbs traditionally used to ease inflammation, support immune balance, and provide natural comfort to affected joints. Several ingredients help ease tension around the joints, while others assist the body in managing inflammatory responses more effectively. With regular use, this tea can become a calming part of a wellness routine aimed at improving mobility, reducing stiffness, and promoting a more comfortable everyday experience.
Ingredients
This blend includes Devil’s Claw, known for its traditional role in easing joint discomfort; Meadowsweet for soothing inflammation; and Yarrow for supporting overall wellness. Stevia adds gentle natural sweetness, while Rosehip offers vitamin-rich support for joint tissues. Willow contributes its traditional calming properties, and Angelica Archangelica adds grounding and balancing benefits.
Brewing Instructions (Hot)
Heat water until it reaches just below boiling. Add one teaspoon of the herbal blend to a tea infuser for a cup of about 180 to 240 ml. Pour the hot water over the herbs, cover, and let it steep for seven to ten minutes or longer for a stronger infusion. Sweeten with honey or stevia if desired.
Brewing Instructions (Cold)
For a fast cold brew, prepare a stronger hot infusion using slightly less water, strain it, and pour it over ice or cold water. For a smoother overnight method, place one to two teaspoons of the blend in a tea infuser for every 200 to 250 ml of water. Stir lightly, cover, and refrigerate for six to twelve hours.
Recommended Dosage
One to three teaspoons of the loose blend may be consumed daily. If you are drinking more than one herbal mixture during the same period, reduce your total intake so it remains balanced. For longer-term use, follow a three-to-one rhythm. For example, drink the tea for three weeks and pause for one week, or use it for thirty days and take a ten-day break. This pattern keeps herbal use balanced. Herbs with natural laxative effects do not require a pause.
