Burdock Root, botanically known as Arctium lappa, is a well-known medicinal herb traditionally used for cleansing and restoring the body. Harvested in Kashmir during the peak season of May and June, our Burdock Root is carefully air-dried to preserve its natural compounds and potency. Packed securely in 20 kg PP bags lined with sealable polythene, the product remains fresh and well-protected during storage and transport. For preparation, the root can be brewed in hot water at around 90°C, using a proportion of 1:50 burdock to water. Adjust the flavor to taste, depending on preferred strength.

While Burdock Root has many traditional benefits, it is important to use it responsibly. It should be avoided during pregnancy, while breastfeeding or when trying to conceive. It is also not recommended for children. Users should avoid consumption for two weeks before or after scheduled surgery.
