Overview
Mehwer Spring Allergies Herbal Mix is designed for those who struggle with seasonal discomfort during spring or whenever pollen levels rise. Hay fever and allergic rhinitis can cause sneezing, congestion, watery eyes, and general irritation that affects daily life. This blend combines herbs traditionally used to calm inflammatory reactions, support respiratory clarity, and strengthen the immune system during allergy season. Several ingredients help soothe irritated sinuses, while others support easier airflow and reduce the intensity of allergic responses. With regular use, this tea can help the body stay more balanced and comfortable when seasonal allergens are at their peak.
Ingredients
This blend includes Agrimony for soothing irritation, Yarrow for supporting immune function, and Mullein for respiratory comfort. Ginkgo Biloba helps improve airflow, while Licorice eases throat and sinus inflammation. Eucalyptus supports clearer breathing, and Eyebright is traditionally used for eye-related allergy symptoms. Echinacea strengthens natural defenses, Elderberry supports immunity, and Thyme offers antimicrobial protection. Lavender brings calming effects, Coltsfoot supports the lungs, Marigold helps soothe tissues, Rosehip provides vitamin C, and Marjoram adds gentle respiratory relief.
Brewing Instructions (Hot)
Heat water until it reaches just below boiling. Add one teaspoon of the herbal blend to a tea infuser for a cup of about 180 to 240 ml. Pour the hot water over the herbs, cover, and let it steep for seven to ten minutes or longer depending on your taste. Sweeten with honey or stevia if desired.
Brewing Instructions (Cold)
For a quick cold brew, prepare a concentrated hot infusion using less water, strain it, and pour it over ice or chilled water. For a smoother overnight brew, add one to two teaspoons of the blend to a tea infuser for every 200 to 250 ml of room-temperature water. Stir lightly, cover, and refrigerate for six to twelve hours.
Recommended Dosage
You may consume one to three teaspoons of the loose blend daily. If you are using more than one herbal mixture at the same time, adjust the total intake to ensure balanced daily consumption. For long-term use, follow a three-to-one schedule. For example, drink the tea for three weeks and pause for one week, or use it for thirty days followed by a ten-day break. This helps keep the effects consistent and balanced. The pause rule does not apply to herbs or fruits with natural laxative effects.
