Overview
Mehwer Blood Circulation Herbal Mix is formulated for those who want to support their circulatory system in a natural and consistent way. Proper blood flow is essential for delivering oxygen and nutrients throughout the body, and this blend includes herbs known for their protective and strengthening effects on blood vessels. Many of the ingredients are rich in antioxidants that help reduce oxidative stress, one of the key contributors to clot formation, vessel stiffness, and cardiovascular strain. Several herbs in this mix help widen blood vessels, improve microcirculation, and regulate blood flow, while others support heart function and ease inflammatory tension within the circulatory system. With regular use, this tea can be a comforting daily ritual that supports long-term vascular health and promotes smoother, more efficient circulation.
Ingredients
This blend includes Horse Chestnut for vein strength, Witch-hazel for vessel toning, and Yarrow for overall circulatory support. Ginkgo Biloba enhances microcirculation, while Rosemary stimulates blood flow and boosts vitality. Mistletoe offers gentle cardiovascular support, Cayenne Pepper helps invigorate circulation, and Hawthorn supports heart function. Lapacho contributes antioxidant benefits, Lemon Balm brings calming effects, Ginger adds warmth to improve blood movement, and Mountain Tea supports general wellness. Dandelion assists with fluid balance, and Small-leaved Linden offers a soothing, heart-supportive effect.
Brewing Instructions (Hot)
Heat water until it reaches just below boiling. Add one teaspoon of the blend to a tea infuser for a cup of about 180 to 240 ml. Pour the hot water over the herbs, cover the cup, and let it steep for seven to ten minutes or longer for a deeper infusion. Sweeten with honey or stevia if desired.
Brewing Instructions (Cold)
For a quick cold preparation, make a stronger hot brew using slightly less water, strain it, and pour it over ice or cold water. For a gentler overnight brew, add one to two teaspoons of the blend to a tea infuser for every 200 to 250 ml of room-temperature water. Stir lightly, cover, and refrigerate for six to twelve hours.
Recommended Dosage
You may consume one to three teaspoons of the loose blend daily. If you are drinking more than one herbal mixture at the same time, reduce your intake so the total amount remains balanced. For long-term use, follow a three-to-one schedule. For example, use the tea for three weeks and pause for one week, or drink it for thirty days and then take a ten-day break. This approach supports balanced herbal use. The pause rule does not apply to herbs or fruits with natural laxative effects.
