Overview
Mehwer Psoriasis Herbal Blend is crafted for those seeking a natural approach to managing psoriasis-related discomfort. Psoriasis often appears as dry, scaly patches on the skin and is closely linked to immune imbalance, inflammation, and stress. This herbal mix combines botanicals known for their detoxifying and calming effects, helping the body address the root contributors to flare-ups. Several ingredients support liver function, which plays a key role in filtering toxins that may aggravate skin conditions. Others help slow down excessive cellular growth and provide gentle relief during periods of stress, both emotional and physical. With consistent use, this blend supports a more balanced internal environment, which may reflect on the skin’s overall comfort and appearance.
Ingredients
This formula includes Burdock Root for detoxification, Valerian for calming stress responses, and Echinacea for immune balance. Nettle offers anti-inflammatory support, while Stitchwort and Figwort are traditionally used for skin health. Dandelion and Milk Thistle promote liver cleansing, Small-leaved Linden provides soothing relief, and Tribulus Terrestris supports overall vitality. Hyssop and Sarsaparilla add additional skin-supporting and cleansing properties.
Brewing Instructions (Hot)
Heat the water until it reaches just before boiling. Add one teaspoon of the herbal blend to a tea infuser for a cup of 180 to 240 ml. Pour the hot water over the herbs, cover the cup, and let it steep for seven to ten minutes or longer if you prefer a stronger infusion. Sweeten with honey or stevia if desired.
Brewing Instructions (Cold)
For a quick cold brew, prepare a strong hot infusion using a smaller amount of water, strain it, and pour it over ice or chilled water. For a smoother overnight method, add one to two teaspoons of the blend to a tea infuser for every 200 to 250 ml of water. Stir gently, cover, and refrigerate for six to twelve hours.
Recommended Dosage
You may consume one to three teaspoons of the loose blend daily, divided throughout the day. If you are using more than one herbal mixture at the same time, reduce the total intake to keep the dosage balanced. For long-term use, follow a three-to-one rhythm. For example, take the tea for three weeks and then pause for one week, or use it for thirty days and take a ten-day break. This pattern supports effectiveness and balance. The pause rule does not apply to herbs or fruits that naturally act as laxatives.
