How to Brew (Hot)

Heat water until it just begins to boil. Add one teaspoon of the loose tea to an infuser for a cup of 180–240 ml. Pour the hot water over the herbs, cover the cup, and let it steep for seven to ten minutes or longer for a stronger infusion. You may add honey if you prefer a sweeter cup.

How to Brew (Cold)

For a quick cold brew, prepare the tea the same way you would for a hot brew, but with less water so it becomes a concentrate. Strain and pour over ice or chilled water. For a smoother overnight brew, use one to two teaspoons of tea for every 200–250 ml of water, pour room-temperature water over it, stir, cover, and refrigerate it for six to twelve hours.
