3. Product Information

We make every effort to provide accurate information relating to ingredients, botanical names, product descriptions, packaging formats, and certifications. Since most of our herbs and teas come from natural, seasonal sources, slight variations in color, aroma, and texture may occur. Handcrafted items may also show unique differences in design, as they are made by artisans rather than machines. All information provided about herbs and teas is intended for general knowledge and should never be taken as medical advice.

4. Orders and Pricing

Prices for retail items, if displayed on the website, may change without prior notice. Bulk, wholesale, and export orders are handled individually and usually follow a quotation process where the final price depends on the quantity, packaging requirements, labeling needs, export documentation, and destination country. An order is considered accepted only when we confirm product availability, agree on payment terms, and verify all compliance requirements for domestic or international dispatch.

5. Payment Terms

Payments may be made through bank transfer, UPI, or other modes that we offer during the order process. For exports, all payments and terms will be clearly mentioned in the Proforma Invoice issued before dispatch. We are not responsible for additional bank charges, conversion fees, delays caused by financial institutions, or deductions that occur due to international transfer policies.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic orders are shipped through reliable courier partners within India. International and export shipments operate according to the agreed Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, or DAP. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance, logistics partners, weather conditions, or any other factor beyond our control. Although we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by customs, transportation issues, or external circumstances cannot be attributed to Mehwer Group.

7. Customs, Duties, and Compliance

Import duties, taxes, and local regulations vary from country to country. International buyers are responsible for understanding and fulfilling the requirements of their own authorities. Mehwer Group provides all standard export documents; however, we cannot guarantee that the goods will be cleared by customs in every region, as this depends on the regulations of the destination country.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns for food-grade products such as herbs and teas are limited due to safety reasons. We accept returns only when the product has been damaged during transit or when there is a genuine quality issue. Any such claim must be supported with clear photo or video evidence and submitted within forty-eight hours of receiving the shipment. Handicrafts may be returned if they arrive damaged or if the wrong item has been delivered, but natural variations in handmade products are not considered defects. Exported goods cannot be returned once they leave India unless discussed and agreed upon in advance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, product descriptions, brand identity, and designs, belongs to Mehwer Group. No part of the website may be copied, redistributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from our management.

10. Privacy
